Webster City Woodland and Five Hills Groomed.

Despite the insane windchills, we managed to groom and track all portions of the Woodland loop. We also groomed and laid the classic track on the 5k Five Hills course, with a skate lane on the plateau section accessible from the Conservation headquarters parking lot at Briggs Woods. When we thaw out we'll finish the 5k skate lane and update. After the thaw last week we had a 3-5" base, followed by 3" then 1 1/2" of new snow. All parts of the trails are in good shape, but watch for gravel wherever the trail runs across a road portion.
