The trail around Maffit Lake will be skiable tomorrow (Wednesday, 1/12) after final grooming has been completed today - enjoy!
As a friendly reminder, please do not bring your snow shoes to this trail as they destroy the groomed surface necessary for skiing - thanks for your consideration and understanding.
That said, there are plenty of other great places to hike with snowshoes out at Maffit as well as locations like the old Science Center (Greenwood, Waterworks Parks) and Raccoon River Park.
