Webster City Waterfall View

Just enough glaze for effortless gliding on the Webster City Woodland Loop Trail. For an extra treat, ski the trail clockwise, entering the woods by the outhouse, and at the base of the final hill, branch off to the left on the ungroomed, but easily skiable waterfall loop. As snow melts the rapids increase daily. Then herringbone up the hill and rejoin the trail. I suggest you take the parking lot trail loop as the little hill to the lake will become icy. This 3k loop is an easy 35 minute trip for novice skiers. It is a perfect after work trail as days grow longer.
