Matsell Bridge

WOW! Who has been hiding these trails! The grooming was spectacular. These Linn County groomers must have gotten a new toy or discovered a new grooming secret they are holding out on. I would think that anyone looking for a serious workout might want to consider Matsell as a destination. These trails have the kind of length that make it possible to ski for a longer period of time without getting dizzy from circling so often. I'm looking forward to returning here after the next snow in hopes the classic lane has been moved a little closer to the edge so I can try skating the trail this time. If someone were to drop me here and tell me I was in Northern Wisconsin I wouldn't have any trouble believing it.
