Approx. 4 inches on cold, dry snow fell Wed PM thru Thurs AM with high NW winds creating drifting and thus grooming challenges. Had to let the wind die down Thurs. All skate trails were leveled and groomed for approx 5 hrs today (Friday). Trails are flat and wide and will be great...but need some time to set up. Finished groom around 3PM. Would be ideal to let set overnight. As usual some skiers took to the trails right away and noted slow post groom conditions. I concur with other entries...got to let it set up ya'll...patience is a virtue. All skate trails on the prairie grass loops have head a classic track set to one side as well.
Unsure with regard to condition of dedicated classic tracks "in the woods."
