Big Creek (Wednesday during snowfall) was well leaf littered along the lake, but disc golf loops and prairie loop and most of the linking lanes between the two were very clean and wonderful for both skate and classic. don't see any recent posts, but i'm betting you can ski right over those leaves in these temps, if TW hasn't already groomed them all into place, which he may well have done!!!
Ames Carr Woods - man, it is lovely - classic tracks (I skied them yesterday) are just in excellent shape, and the skating (earlier this afternoon) is very good. go forth and enjoy. --
