Big Creek

January 1 - The skating lane was groomed today and conditions were very good for skating. The classic tracks are holding out fairly well - I elected to not attempt resetting them because of the cold, hard packed trail surface. They are generally deep and solid, but showing wear and tear from skier use. Quite a few skiers out today despite the chilly temperature and light wind.
