Ashton's skate lane set up well overnight, the set up process isn't helped by higher temps. 7 AM, the glide was fast and controlled, 9 AM the snow was slowing down a bit, and 9:30 AM the glide was a little slower and the surface was getting a bit soft. If today's temp hover at freezing with overcast skys, we may get another good PM (tonight after sunset) ski. If overnight temp drops to the predicted 20 then Saturday AM should be one more day of decent snow.
