With cooler temperatures than the rest of the state and new snow that fell lightly all afternoon, Decorah is ready for skiers.
We broke a trail around Silvercrest this afternoon. There is some crusty, drifted stuff on the West-facing slope, but the rest of the course is wonderful. The trail is basically clock-wise, beginning to the left of the clubhouse.
The other trails in Decorah are in very good condition. There was plenty of traffic on them this afternoon.
